    Default Fish terminology question

Ok, so I've picked up a crappie book at the library and there is some angler speak that I need translation with. There is a term that is being thrown around a lot that I think I understand what they mean, but when it comes up in another part of the book I think it means somethinge else. The term in "Lake Points". Crappie can be found at Lake Points...fish around Lake Points for crappies...target under water Lake Points for large crappie...HUH?! What the heck is this Lake Point they are talking about? It seems to be some magical place that ALL crappies hang around at. And if that's the case, I wanna know where to find them thar Lake Points. Help.

    Default Lake Points

For An Old Timer Like Me I Would Consider Any Point On The Main Lake Somewhat Close To The Main Channel A Lake Point...... Then Back In Coves Or Cuts I Would Call These My Secondary Points, And Yes Both Main And Secondary Points Can Hold Many Fish...... On Loz That Is Where I Always Caught My Wallies......... Just My Opioion Of Lake Point........
