Default I think I found the ultimate JDM budget setup

I FINALLY received my Olympic Bellezza UX spinning rod 6'2" version and married it to a Legalis 1000 spinning reel. I'm going to take it for a spin either Saturday or Sunday.

I say budget but this setup will still cost you $200-$225. I like lots of bang for my buck and this setup should provide that in Spades!

    Nice looking combo!

There must be something in the air about those Legalises...I just had a LT2000S-P arrive today. Got it based on a recommendation from someone here during the brief time they were on sale via Amazon Japan for $68.

Nice looking rig, no doubt. I’ve married mine to my two trout X Daiwa rods in 5’6” and 6’ and I’m waiting for the line. They’re both going to be a real treat when I get them altogether.

Where did you get the Belezza and is it a solid or tubular tip?

I purchased it from JDM Tackle Heaven. It is a tubular tip.

I have a bit of OCD and the clashing colors have kept me from putting the legalis on it. I know it is silly but that’s how I’m wired. Hahah.

It’s a great rod though and I enjoy the one I have.

    Cheers
