Default Big one on the Finetail FAX SUL/Luvias 1003

This fish hit a lively redworm that I was jigging up and down on chunk rock. He probably weighed 1.75lb, didn't have my scales.

He came unbuttoned and just laid there against this stick. I was sick, knowing he would make his escape. Somehow I just quickly reached down and literally grabbed him with my right hand and out he came. They fight so darn hard that they are completely exhausted after the fight. I got lucky!

Very nice fish and a real great story. Sounds like a real fun combo to fish.

A genuine stud by my standards. They’re going off around here too but I went to the salt last weekend. If I can stay away from the predicted storms this weekend I may go find some.
