    Default Ultralight Custom Jigs

Here are some that I made this morning. The heads are a JDM red head and 1/48 and 1/80 custom chub mold tied on #8, #10 and #12 sickle hooks. Materials used were natural or dyed mallard and gadwall flank feathers, flash and a little rabbit that I tied in at the throat. These work really well for trout, crappie, gills and redear. The Jdm jig wire was so thin I had problems keeping the wraps tight but I should catch something on it if I don't lose it first.Name: IMG_1727.JPG

Those look great and the penny really helps show the size well. Awesome work.

I have been enjoying reading about your trout fishing adventures. Your recent operation reopened different water for you. Glad to see you able to get out. We’re weather bound here, but spring isn’t all that far away.
