    I'll go off on an apparent tangent here that I think is quite relevant: once you pick up a 10-11' long rod that weighs less than 7 ounces, is sharp as a tack, and can lift up over 10 lbs in dead weight while bending into half-circle and not making a peep, you will probably never turn away from high end Japanese tackle. It's not only the ultralight stuff, which itself is simply amazing, it's all over the fishing gear...

    What type of rod is that? I have a herabuna rod (5.4m) that is comparable.
