Default Kayak Trip Report, Ditto Landing

I fished Ditto after work for a couple hours keeping 8, returning 4 larger fish and a dozen shorts. The water was 55 degrees with visibility of about a foot and very low. Looks like late winter low pool. Fish came 50/50 jig and bobber or single pole on laydowns using a 1/32oz jig head with a Chartreuse and Pink Tube body.

Can you fish in the marina and around the boat docks there?

sounds like a great short trip. I bet it is muddy in there today with all the rain from yesterday. Hope we don't get a lot of rain Friday. should be good in a week or so.

You can fish the marina, the back slough across the road and in Aldridge Creek. All hold Crappie at different times of the year. Like other locations, just don't get on the docks (Private Property).

Took my kayak down there today, windy and it was slow caught a couple but didn't have much time but enjoyed just being out there.
