    Default Guntersville Crappie Fishing Lodging

Looking to take my dad early / mid-March on a crappie fishing trip and considering giving Guntersville a shot for the 1st time. Looking for a resort w/ decent lodging and fish cleaning stations. Any recommendations appreciated!

Only place that Has a cleaning station that I’m aware of is at Goosepond!
but they are plenty places to stay on the lake .
On the North end of the lake is Nathan’s Lodging.
Mid lake Goose Pond Colony Resort
Mid/south end of lake Fisherman’s landing
South End Guntersville State park lodge.

good luck on your trip and book early things book up fast because of all the Green carp folks that come to this lake !
    Too blessed to be stressed!

There is a group of private cabins on 227 just north of Town Creek some buddies stayed at this fall. Something Springs, I can’t recall. They said very nice 2 man cabins, cleaning station, etc. Close enough to Guntersville restaurants and good boat launches. Maybe someone will chime in with the name! Good luck and enjoy!

I believe you're talking about Sweet Springs Lodge. Owned by Andrew Nordbye, local pro fisherman. Very nice place.
