Default Kayak report for swan creek

4 of us fished swan creek( stick marsh ) Friday. We fished for bass early and some fished red worms for bluegill. Very good day for bass and a lot of small bluegill. We ended up with about 25 bass. I did bring out the fly rod and popper bug and caught 8 or 10 nice sized ones. Most bass were on frogs and a couple on floating worms and a 4 lb one on the 1 inch slider spinner combo. Biggest was about 4 1/2 lbs. Very enjoyable day. As usual the grass at the put in is very hard to get a kayak through. No snakes or gaters seen.

I wonder where the big gills are hiding?
