    Default Lake jordan

Not asking for anyone's holes. Just a little help in the right direction. Brother in law just bought a place there , and asking for me to help him. He's in process of installing a monster light at dock. Thought I might take him longlining this spring. Thanks guys

If you're not familiar with the body of water it would probably do you good to invest in a map. If you have hummingbird you can purchase one from them for 9.99 you can also look at the Navionics web app either on your phone or on a computer for free. As far as the spring goes crappie will be hitting the banks around 64 to 68 degrees. Right now you should be able to locate them in 18 to 22ft. as the water starts to warm they will start to move shallow within the next month or so.

I used to spend as much time on Navionics web app as I did on the water. Now I use active captain.

The area they call new lake, bouldin forebay could be a good place to longline with a fairly flat depth profile
