    Default Indian/cotaco creeks report

First Indian and Cotaco today and caught and released 30+ casting a double jig rig at banks with stumps on them and sinking together rig to a depth of 4-6 ft. Biggest fish was around 15 inches by my estimate. Found a good pile of them in cotaco creek and had a blast. Only had a dozen when I ran across the river to see what the south side is like. Was able to finish my day in one 50ft stretch of bank. Very few shorts. Best bait was Bobby garland in chartreause with white belly. Got a few on blue ice. Started to keep a few but changed my mind

Great post. That live well color is a great picture of how clear Wheelers been lately. I was catching fish casting to bank structure . You could see them fish roll up 2 and half feet under from 40-50 feet away. Seen some really good signs this fall of baitfish and really good younger class of fish.
