Default Limestone Kayak Report - 13Nov21

I live pretty close to Limestone so I wanted to give it another try vs. driving further away. I put in at the old bridge off Pryor rd today and fished from 11-2.

Mainly fished the mouth of limestone creek just before it opens up into the bay using a monkey milk BG on 1/32 oz jig and bobber. I didn’t fish the pits at all since they were really all closed off from the creek and didn’t see any gators.

Caught around 10 crappie overall (2 black nose and 4 keepers overall) many bluegill, and a few small bass. Also caught a large warmouth (almost looked like a small black grouper)! Haha

Nice catches. Good black nose. Caught one last spring @ Barren Fork. Cool looking!
