What really stinks is we had a Covid positive at work and I can’t go back until Thursday. If it had to happen why couldn’t it be when the fishing is good??lol. I just may have to get there at daylight tomorrow and fish a little while close.

Sorry to hear about that positive case. At least you caught a few. It is still warm and humid after dark. If I had days off I would check out the night bite

We recently bought a Kobalt 24V jobsite fan. It sits on a 5 gal bucket and has a hose a spray nozzles to mist as it blows. We got it for our kids football practices/games so my wife and I can use it while we watch and then when our boys get water breaks we can turn on the misting feature. The misting feature isnt super practical for fishing but the fan is nice. Would work well for bank fishing or if you had room on your boat's deck. Could run the mist every now and then off of lake water too lol.

I’m already maxed out in the kayak. But that would be nice.

This trip I went and cooled off in the truck a few minutes before trying to drag up the bank. That helped more than I thought.

I could see how that would make a big difference.

I usually wear long sleeve PFG type shirts. Dipping them in the water every now and then goes a long way in helping you cool down too.
