Barren Fork 05.08.21. Caught a black nose
Caught my first black nose (that I can remember - prob caught one as a kid).
Got in to a few crappie on the Barren Fork this past Saturday. This one pictured was almost 11 inches. Thought it was a bass when it first hit haha.
Caught most on a white jig with a spinner attached on 4 pound line.
Caught a few bluegill as well.
Didn’t see anyone else back on the barren on Saturday afternoon late. We had it to ourselves. It was nice relaxing evening.
At first we were going to keep and cook a few but we let released to catch again another day.
