I’ve been catching a few with eggs still in them. Seems like the shallower fish are a lot smaller than the deeper fish. Where I’ve been fishing anyways. Caught some in 25 FOW fishing 16 ft deep that were some nice crappie Friday. I’ve been venturing out of my comfort zone and trying to catch them deep trolling... definitely been a learning curve and learning experience. I’m normally don’t fish water deeper than 5 ft. Maybe one day I will get them figured out... I doubt it though lol.

That’s where we are finding our bigger fish too. I’m farther south than you too. Water temps at the surface last weekend were 78
