Default GG Kayak Report 5/3- Swan Creek

Well after planning on going to Swan Creek early last week and seeing Ditch have success I made the trip over there. I was pretty proud that I even had the same idea for location as Ditch but of course could not replicate his success. The wind was brutal so maybe that was part of it but I doubt it but I did end up with a mixture of bluegills, shellcracker and 1 crappie. All fish were caught on a hand tied squirrel tail that I tie and a 1.50 plastic that I pour under a float. Nothing like catching them on something you created.Like Ditch said this place is not for the faint at heart it takes work to get through the moss filled area. Overall it always a good day to be out.

Didn’t think he was older than me. Lol. But he flat knows where and how to slay them.
