Default Haven't Fished in 2 Years! .....But Guntersville was calling!

.... and I answered! Man, it's been a minute since I've been to the water, practically forgot everything I was supposed to do to get ready. Old line is all twisted up, half my plastics are all melted and gooey, mouse turds in the boat, batteries need some love....you name it...... pure neglect! Nevertheless, Rojo Grande fired right up like a champ and the Half *** Fishing Team made its LONNNNNNG awaited return to the water. Was pumped that my top spots were still producing fish, but the numbers seem to be down about 50% from what I recall catching previously (on average). And the dang floating grass everywhere! What a PITA! Anyhoo..... final tally was 1 fat slob drum, one hybrid, 3 lgmouth and around 16 crappie (sorry, got so excited I lost count). Biggest appears to be about 15-1/2", based on the comparison to my 13-1/2" shoe. Highly accurate measuring tool, in a pinch. Here's the few pics I got, didn't keep any fish this trip so pics is all I brought home.
