Kayak report for limestone creek, arrow head
I fished Thursday from 9:30 till 2 and caught 30 or so crappie. I kept 8 that would measure and broke off on a big one trying to lift it in the kayak. The water was way down and the main creek channel was very swift. I also caught several bluegill and small bass. All were caught on a bobby garland chartreuse and pearl color fished 9 inches under a float. The one one i broke off was the same size as the big fish in the picture. I had to get out and drag my kayak over the bar where the cut through is to the 1 st gravel pit. Very enjoyable day. When do they open the gate on behind Mooresville whee you can put in on the gravel bar ?

Awesome. I’d planned all week on going today. We are refinancing our house and got an email late Thursday I had to do some repairs. So that ruined it for me. Lol
