Another great day out DB, thanks for the report.
I fished Limestone today from daylight till 4:30PM. Slow day, never found more than a single Crappie in an area, but kept at it leaving with 20. I returned a dozen that were over 12 inches and two or three dozen short fish. Most fish came from three feet of water or less on float and a Chartreuse and Pearl Bobby Garland on a 1/32oz jig head about 15 inches deep. The water has dropped about a foot in the last 24 hours, visibility of about two feet and 51 degrees at daylight. The water had warmed to 56 by the time I left. Pictures tomorrow when I clean them.

I only fished that big pit on the left yesterday. Caught them about 5or 6 feet off the bank. But did have to keep moving to catch more after catching one.

Congrats on a good day!
Limestone will get really, really good once the water drops about two feet. It will concentrate the fish and get them off the banks!
The fish were loaded with shad again, they're still feasting before winter!
