    Default Struck Out

Well it was a great day for being out on the water but not for catching fish (at least not for me). I hadn’t been in about 2 weeks and had been doing really good and I was expecting the same thing today but had a big 0 on the crappie caught a few bass but it was definitely a great day to be out. Not fish pictures but it’s always peaceful down at Upper Bear. Name: IMG_1464.jpg

I will say I’ve fished quite a few places and this is probably one of the prettiest places I go it’s hardly any houses it’s fairly narrow and just woods and rocks and very little boat traffic.

Looks like a great place to hang out for a few hours regardless of what the fish think!

Saw a picture from a buddy that had fished it awhile back an all the fish had a pink lower jaw / chin back to their petrol fins. Seen any of that this year? Any idea what that might be?

No sir I haven’t seen that in any I’ve caught this year and I have actually done pretty good down there up until yesterday. I’ve seen some others that friends of mine have caught they all looked normal and they haven’t said anything about it.
