Thread: Kayak report for swan creek

I fished swan creek at the boat ramp past the equipment shed on Thursday. I fished from 7 till 11:30 . The water was way down ( normal pool level ) . I caught 9 bass on the frog and missed several. I only caught 4 or 5 gills. Had something swimming off the bank that looked like a small gator. Turned out to be a raccoon swimming to the other side. I did see 2 cotton mouth. One was about 5 foot . I have a pic of it.The biggest bass was 2 lb 5 oz and lost one at the kayak about 3 lb. Nice with all the Lilly pads . All fish released.

Looks like a fun trip!
