    Default Big G 22 Feb 20

CrappieSeeker and I got out for a day/night of fun on the Big G yesterday. We managed to put 27 in the live well. As with most every fishing trip, we lost a few at the boat, and they were solid fish! LOL Only had about 5 shorts for the trip. Fish were taking minnow from 5-8 FOW depending on where the bait was hanging, Jigs on 1/16th worked as well, caught fish mostly on monkey milk and glacier. Seemed that a pink head was working real well in the muddy water. Water has cleared a little since last week to maybe 24" of visibility, but it's still high. Fish were all in really good shape. Only 8 of the 27 were females and they were loaded with eggs! There was not a worn tail in the bunch. Thanks for a great trip out CS!!

I had a great time. We didn't get as many as usual, but we still a decent haul. By the way, how long had you been wondering about big stomach before you finally asked lol
