I'm planning to fish Bradford on Redstone Arsenal again tomorrow. The weather looks horrible with clearing skies, Northwest winds of 15 to 25 and a high only the mid 40's. Even the lunar calendar says stay at home, wish me luck.
Hoping you do well and can’t wait for a report.

Stupid forecast was cold and rainy here today so my buddy and I checked out a huge tackle wholesaler.
Turned out to be overcast with temperature gradually increasing to 72°.
That's way too warm for January but would have been perfect fishing day.
Be safe tomorrow. Look forward to your report.

You’ll do good! Looking forward to the report also!
Can’t wait to hear if you were able to catch anything! I’ve been wanting to go back there soon!
Brutal day! I managed 7 that would measure, too much wind. The fish were biting light and I couldn't move slow enough to entice a bite, or see a bite. The water is still clear, visibility of about 12" and a foot high, water was 51 degrees at daylight.
First time I've had the wind blow rods out of my rod holders, multiple times!

Wow I can’t imagine with that wind today Ditch
Now you know ! Still better than a skunk! After the word of the catfish boats sinking I kelp my little tin can at home! Lol
Bradford is too small to white cap, so not unsafe for me. Often when the waves get rolling the Crappie will move up in the water column and actively feed, but it didn't happen yesterday. They were still hugging the bottom and wanting a slow presentation, basically impossible in yesterdays conditions. Always great to be on the water though!
I'm busy with some honey do list items and staying home, but somebody is going to slay them today.

Yep. I just walked out to get some things out of my car. Wish I’d got my butt up and went this morning. Nice out there.
