    Default Limestone Bay 12-14

I fished the north end again but tried a diffrent hole and it took a while but finally found them in 4-5 feet of water feeding in the open..caught and released a couple of dozen keepers and several shorts between 9 and noon, then bass fished my way out of that spot and caught a couple of dozen bass too..crappie hit a orange and chart slider grub 2 feet deep below a cork....bass liked a black worm and were really piled into the ditches and channels as the water is down 2 feet....

Awesome. Hoping to get down there while I’m off for the holidays. Hopefully they will still be there.

They're pretty much there year round, but really stack up in the spring.

When the water is down in the spring the back slough is out of the current and warms faster than other areas. I've limited out in under an hour several days in a row during that time.
