    Default Winter time at Weiss

I have never been to Weiss in the winter. Planning on fishing the ledges and stumps. Not sure how much they pull the water level in the winter either. Anyone else fish this way during December January.

Tim ... it's 1.25ft above Winter Pool right now. Winter Pool is 558. And according to the chart the water levels have been maintained right on schedule ( Weiss Lake Water Level ).

Paul & I have fished it in Winter before (Paul's retired Boss is Richard Green ... a guide out of Little River Marina) ... and we "bumped bottom" along the channel drops w/brush (weight on bottom with double jig/minner rigs above) but don't ask me where we fished, because that was a LONG time ago & I don't really know (or remember)
