Default Going to Sardis, need some tips.

Headed to Lake Sardis on Monday. Not real happy about the blue norther blowing in, but reservations have been made and can't be cancelled without penalty. BUT, guys, I need a bit of help. Where should I fish? Is there someplace close to get minnows? Any suggestions on jig colors. With the rain and wind, water should be muddy.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Minnows at the Dam Store on road into the lake from interstate. If wind is blowing very much put in at engineers point. Go around the corner and fish back toward marina. Fish should be starting to gather in there. Jig color black and chartreuse, orange and chartreuse, white and chartreuse, and white and chartreuse. If wind kinda lays down go across lake and follow the boats.

Don’t underestimate the wind and waves Safe travels. Hire Carl painter first day. Then enjoy on your boat the following days . Don’t ask me how I know this. Lol

I want to thank Cray and Bama for their input on Sardis fishing trip, especially the recommendation to get with Sardis guide Carl Painter. We had a great time and caught a bunch of fish. Weather wasn't cooperative, but then momma nature isn't always helpful to our fishing.Name: Mike McD and Carl Painter, Sardis, 11-13-19.jpg
