Default Kayak Trip Report, Limestone Bay/Creek

I fished the upper end of Limestone Bay today. Single pole in the deeper holes and spider rigging the pits. Slow day, kept a dozen and returned four that were over 12". The water was 58 degrees this morning and warmed to 62 by 4PM. The water was clear with visibility of 12 to 18 inches.

Good job Ditch you did a lot better than me. I hit the mouth of Limestone this afternoon for a hour or so right before dark casting and retrieving Slider jigs through the tree tops. I caught a few bream and 1 crappie. Still nice to get out on the water and better than a strike out.
