    Heal well and quickly. I feel your pain. I had a two level cervical discetomy. Rest and let the fusion take hold. God speed.

    I've got a plate from C5-C7. I know the pain you've dealt with. It's horrible. Like you I was pain free immediately after waking up. Ten years later and still pain free, but sore and stiff pretty regularly. Like now and yesterday, and tomorrow.
