    Default Talon vs Power Pole

Trying to decide which one to buy. Will be putting on a 2019 Tracker 175. Would prefer response from someone who has either. (Pros & Cons please)

Ultrex works much better than either for crappie fishing. I had the power poles. Till I sold them. Jmho

Power poles are excellent, for holding my boat til I park the truck!

I'm with bama s in this one. I rarely find myself in a place where I can use them.

Fished with a buddy who had some while on the fence about putting some on my rig. It would have put and end to dipping in and out of standing timber to vertical jig, which is how I'd rather fish.

Spot locks on Minn Kota trolling motors will put power poles out of business.
