    Limited to wheel chair would like to find location close to Phenix City that I give a try.

    I always wondered if there was a way to "lock" a wheelchair on my back deck of my boat.

    You could probably get a system of wheel chair locks like they use in vans that lock the wheels down.

    The wheels have locks similar to casters on a rolling work bench.

    You might take bama s up on one of his trips or book his lake house, it's not to far from you. If you where closer I would try to take you out. Unfortunately I'm a few hours north of you
