    A little trick I learned to keep all the claws and swimmer on during the boil is to put the crabs in a ice and water just before putting them in the boiling water. You got my mouth watering I love boiled crabs.

    I’ve ate em stuffed but never had em fresh like that but I sure would give em a try! Those look good !

    Stuffed crabs are good and are really a crabmeat stuffing served in the back shell. A little more difficult to pick the meat from a whole crab but well worth the effort

    They were and the crab cakes made with the excess meat was pretty good too
