    Default Pulling Water

I am trying to figure this TVA app I downloaded. It doesn’t say when they pull water. Is there an app you use?

Just look at lake outflow. If its 20000 or less that's not very much current. You can't also see if they are dropping lake or bringing it up on lake inflow versus lake outflow. If more inflow than outflow its coming up. More outflow than inflow dropping level. The app is not exact that's for sure.

Yea, I was just trying to see if there was another app to use. All it says really is 2 generators midnight to midnight. So pulling water is when they are dropping water?

Not necessarily dropping. They can move water and keep the level the same by making the lake inflow and outflow be be close to the same. This is a screen shot of guntersville currently. The inflow is what's coming in from above guntersville. The outflow is what's going out guntersville dam. This would be pulling some water but not much in my opinion. I'm definitely not an expert but when fishing the river I use the app a lot.

Thanks for the information. I see that but my confusion is when people tell me oh they start pulling water at x time. I don’t see how they can tell what time to go lol.
