Planned Birthday Trip
Hey guys ... and gals
I have plans to head to Guntersville Thursday for my bday (40 years of age!). Are they still close to the banks, or they done went back deep? I know where I go locally, they aren't on the banks until late in the eveings. I'll be coming at first light. I don't have a boat and don't really know anyone with a boat that wants to go. This is a 2 hour drive for me, so any helpful tips would be great! Thanks in advance!

Hey! I'm going to up there at first light - around 6:00 am. I have been going to Lake Purdy a lot but can't seem to do any good from the bank. I'm actually off May 1 and May 2nd. I'm planing on trying Lake Purdy May 1 and Guntersville May 2nd.

Oh okay cool! Both my off days! I’ve been successful in G’ville off of the bank so they’re there!!! Been catching between 6-10 ft consistently! I probably can’t make the first light but I’ve been getting out there either 9ish am or in the evening. If your number is still the same I’ll call you with more details!
