A lot have spawned out and gone. Many others went to Kentucky. I live on Weiss fished three days last week and the only people I saw from Alabama were guides

We were down there Monday through Thursday. Fish were scarce. Fished almost every method known to man in 3 to 25 FOW. Through everything at them including the kitchen sink. Averaged only a handful each day and got worse as the week progressed. Only 2 fished that were cleaned had what I would consider to be good looking eggs. Most others had no eggs. Water was warmer than I had expected. Sure seems to me that they are mostly in post spawn. Hopefully they will hit summertime patterns soon. Not a good trip for us at all. Can't blame me for hauling a big bunch of fish back to KY.

Just been a bad spring, even when I find them they don't bite. Had some good days but over all it's been bad. Very unusual weather is mostly the problem.
