Fish took one while bank fishing and somehow guy I was fishing with knocked two off the boat. One was a nice bnm 6ft with president reel.

I've had them times. It will go away. I remember on time my dad lost a $ 250 rod and reel of mine. I was so mad but as a kid I'm sure I lost plenty of his stuff

i feel your pain. A few weeks ago I got off balance and stepped right off the side of my boat. I was in 20' of 55 degree water with boots, a jacket, and my CC and smart phone in my pocket. As I climbed back in the boat, I broke 6 or 7" off my favorite rod. And to end the day, my running lights didn't work on the way home.

Brown wire on my truck harness was loose, I replaced my phone, and am still mourning the loss of my rod.

Last weekend I brought home a livewell full of slabs even without my lucky rod. I hope your luck changes too.
