    Default Spring Night Fishing

So, I’m still new to this crappie thing. I did some night fishing a couple of times last summer. I have tomorrow off work but I think it’s supposed to storm and maybe have high winds. With that said, would night fishing tonight be a good idea if I wanted to get on some crappie?

Winds might be an issue but I don't think the storms come thru till Saturday. I enjoy night fishing over daytime. I definitely think its worth a shot.

I've caught them this time of year at night. If you know of any places with lights on the dock that are on every night it's always a good place to try as they will follow the baitfish to the lights. If you fish the edge of the light and dark that is the best place to put a minnow or jig.

Everything I’ve been catching has been right at or after dark.
