I look at as just part of living in the south. Try to stay safe and if it happens, it happens.
As a plus, we do have SEC football....:biggrin

I'd build a storm shelter ;) Glad you're safe. Tornados or any kind of bad weather that involves lightning and thunder, I get nervous. I was in a mobile home and a tornado hit and we rolled about 7 times down a hill. Last Christmas Eve one touched down in a neighbor hood I was in. I was the only one who took cover while others kept singing.
I used to fish with this guy at Town Creek a lot and when it would become bad weather moving in, he was like "we're under a bridge". I dropped my poles and started praying.
Y’all be safe.

I got this photo via a group text and can’t find out who took it but this is the storm that hit Douglas, Hyatt / High Point, and Guntersville. The photo was taken from the school at Douglas.

Spring must be a very uneasy time for everyone living in what's well known as the tornado alley states. I live in North Carolina where we are hearing more and more about tornadoes than every before even this far east, but I know I speak for many when I say, I always dread to see the destruction and death caused by these devastating storms in the spring wherever they happen. Prayers for all who find themselves in harms way.
And that was JUST an EF1.
Glad im.not there hope all was safe
