    Default Duck River

My brother in law texted me at work today and asked if I wanted to ride down to duck river when I got off. I’ve been wanting to see it so we did. A guy he works with showed us where he’d been fishing. We fished an hour and a half and caught 14. Plus several bass and the biggest gills I’ve ever caught. Fun afternoon.

No we were fishing from the bank. But I will be back there with it. We got a late start and were just mainly going to check it out.

Thanks for sharing. I have rode down and looked at it a couple of times, I would like to fish it myself.

I wanted to go fish it, but then I found out that the 25 HP limit, means no boat with a motor over 25 HP can even launch. Doesn't matter if the motor is used or not. No go and they have a GW that's staying there to check. Also they aren't just checking the stickers on the cowling, they're checking the data plate. They're serious about that HP restriction.

Seems like if you didn’t use the motor it wouldn’t matter.
