    Research the map, look at Crappie.com, call a guy or two and look for other boats where you give it a try.

    Look for shad and go from there, look to see what depth the fish are at. That tells you a lot.

    Not saying coach is old as much as I'm young, well I'm to young to be old and to old to be young. By our average age on Alabama forum I'm just a pup. My trolling experience is only about 10 years.
