Sounds like a fish rodeo to me. While at was at Georgia, our student fisheries club would get invited to remove bass from bass heavy ponds (where most of the bass were 9-10"). Our goal was to remove 100lbs of bass/acre..15-20 of us would catch bass all day long, rarely getting even close to our target weight removal. Afterwards we would have a big ole fish fry...beer and chees grits to boot. My my..those were the days. Fished from the pondFished from the pondFished from the pondFished from the pond

Healthy it is. And as far as the bass go I
Almost certain there is a 10lber in there. But they are very picky on what baits they will hit. I fished it I can’t tell u how many times and never got a bite and started throwing top water and it was game on. Better be careful trying to ski a crappie in slow or them big girls will blow up on it lol
