Mines Deka also, mine came with the boat when I bought it. Haven’t had a problem in almost 3 years now.

What “G” said. It’s my understanding that the Duracell labeled batteries at Sam’s Are actually made by Deka. I run two on my Terrova and they work very well.

Thanks all. I was actually thinking about 31s vs 29s. Did not know about the Deka's so I'll do a little more snooping around. May have to come your way CB to get those from that shop in Rainbow City.

I run 4 Deka 29's or 31's if I can find them. NAPA or CARQUEST normally has them and they may be under their name. I have my 80# Ulterra wired so that I can switch from one set to the other as the day goes on. This allows me to run my HDS graphs all day also.

My two Group 31s are 125 amp hrs each ...that gives me 250 amp hrs.....24 volt 80 lb. thrust TM..... Pulling cranks at 1.8 mph continous for 8 hrs. I still have battery left.
