According to weather and water temp and conditions. Guntersville has some large creeks with distinct channel ledges that you can catch some good fish at times. Feb is usually a good month for this and we have done well spider rigging in past. The wind is always your enemy a Big G. So plan accordingly. With all the rain and muddy water don,t know what it will be like then

I can't help you more because I don't know what the conditions are going to be like. Guntersville is a huge body of water like Ky lake which I assume you have fished. Guntersville does not have a lot off shore cover like brush unless somebody put it in there. Good luck in getting that info. Lots of big creeks in Guntersville with primary and secondary creed channels. Creeks on south end and mid lake area are bigger and deeper than the creeks to the North (above scottsboro) The creeks to the north are shallower and smaller but have a lot of stumps in areas but that time of year it may be too shallow to hold a lot of fish. If I were you I would concentrate my efforts on the mid lake area or the south end. All the creeks are well marked and easy to navigate without tearing something up. Cant give you exact locations because I don't know right now. Also I told BRM I would help him and intend to do that.
