    Default Better than nothing


    I slipped off to Lay this afternoon around 3:00 and fished till dark. I had several bites and lost several fish halfway to the boat. They were hitting short for some reason and biting the tail off my grub. I wound up with only one decent crappie and two blue cats. This was my first time out since July so at least it wasn’t a bust.The temp really dropped when the sun went down.
