We hit a spot between Scottsboro and guntersville that’s been a spot where my family has fished for more than 25 years and caught 6 keepers in all before 830pm in probably 22 ft of water 2 ft down Name: IMG_0446.jpg

I’m extra excited I just moved home after being gone for 16 years to Michigan. I just retired for Detroit fire so for the last 16 years I’ve missed being home and fishing these waters. Nobody up there crappie fishes or hardly knows what a crappie is so to have friends and family to fish with for the past couple weeks again has been really nice.

    That’s awesome. Thanks
Ive got the fever bad. I wanted to go last night over and hit up mink creek and I was set to go but it was just absolutely nasty out. I’ll fish in the rain but not pouring like it was. However we did fish Scottsboro during hurricane isidore in 2002 lol it was pouring rain passenger window busted out of my car we had to wear wet suits on the drive over from Huntsville, we had half inch of water in the floor board didn’t catch anything, still can’t believe we did that but when you got that fever you got it. We were just kids I wouldn’t do it now
