popular spot and productive though Ive not figured out how to handle the strong current myself....I do well there when theres little or no current and plenty of bait ….caught 4 between the current shifts last week while scouting holes ……..the current changes every few minutes due to being so close to the dam and theres a couple minutes of lull when it changes and if lucky I get a couple then but some days they don't move water and it gets really good when the bait move through.

I've fished there quite a bit in the last few years. I haven't had great luck under the bridge, but have seen people from the bank wear them out. I seem to catch more on the grass line going perpendicular to the bridge. I haven't tried it this year yet, but I may have to.

Honey comb is a good spot on both sides of the bridge. Yes when they open the gates to much you can't do anything otherwise fish at angle and let the current take the jig. If I'm in a boat I tie up and use heavy weights

It's one of the go to holes for bank fisherman on the Big G. Lots of fish come out of there every year.
