Might try a Google search for" Used Mercury Lower Units". There is several listings.Good Luck
Wished I could help ya! I saw a house boat in Rosebery this week up against a island with the same issue! Had the motor hanging from a couple 4x4s hanging off the back of roof with no lower unit! That makes for a bad day on the water for sure!
Too blessed to be stressed!

I had to put a new lower on mine this spring.
To make a really long story short, I went with the SEI lower. That was NOT what I intended to do, but it just worked out that way. (That's likely the place in FL referenced above) They've got a 3 year warranty. Nowhere in my searching did I find anything with a lifetime warranty. OEM units only have a one year warranty.
I bought the one with the water pump already installed. I put the unit on, fired it up and the water pump didn't work.
I took it back off, checked everything, couldn't find a single thing wrong with it, so I put it back on. The water pump didn't work.
I took it back off, changed the impeller to the OEM impeller that I had just put on my old lower, put the SEI lower back on, and the water pump worked fine.
I did the 10 hour break in EXACTLY like the paperwork recommended. Changed the oil in the lower, took the boat back to the lake and my motor wouldn't plane the boat.
I checked everything in the world on that motor, and I mean everything. Ended up the break in procedure loaded the top end so badly with oil that it wouldn't go.
Did a de-carbon on the motor, replaced the plugs and we've been happy every since.
I would not hesitate to get the SEI lower. You won't find a cheaper unit out there. If I had it to do again, I'd still buy one with the water pump, I'd just buy a new OEM impeller and put it on before installing the lower. That way, you've still got a new water pump housing and orings. CHANGE YOUR PLUGS after the break in.
My motor is a Yamaha but that shouldn't make any difference.
