Born and raised in the south, and I treat all seasons with equal opportunity. I complain about the heat, complain about the cold, complain about the rain, complain about the snow, wind, floods, skeeters, gnats, chiggers, ticks, snakes, lions, tigers, bears, and squatch!

Lived here all of my life. In the summer, I night fish or like said above ... 4am till 8am. Just seems like after 8am (fishing from the bank) they are gone until lunch time. The only thing I hate about night fishing is snakes will get in the boat with you and if you don't have the right type of lighting, bugs galore all in your face. Don't forget your bug spray!! But yeah, it's hot out. It could be worse. I heard in Cali the other day it was 110! 92 is not that bad to me. I am in central Alabama. August 1 moving to NE Alabama, so I'll adjust to that. I love summer minus the wasp, snakes and summer storms get nasty too. And you get gnats and bed bugs coming into your home (omg!). I love the Fall/Spring. Those are my favorites. I went last Winter and hated every minute of it. You guys stay safe, stay humble, stay productive and be blessed. Laters

We very well may be related.

I don't complain about the cold unless it stays below freezing for a high temp. I went Sauger fishing with Slabprowler this winter and I think it was 22 degrees when we got to the boat ramp. It was cold, but I had a good time and we caught some fish. I can put on enough clothes to stay warm, but can't take off enough to get cool. AND, ain't nobody alive wants to see that anyway. LOL
