Sounds good. I use nothing but dry rub on my butts and ribs. I make some sauce for family if they want to use it. Going to cook 5 racks of ribs and 4 pork butts tomorrow for family can't wait

Just pulled a butt and some ribs off smoker,olive oil southern flavor Cajun and garlic mixed! Seems great to me,,,,no sauce,,,tnx

I grilled Red snapper I poached out of God's Pond (The Gulf). Marinated in some Roasted Red Pepper and Parmesan Salad Dressing then light dusting of Old Bay and cooked 7 minutes on both sides. It was delicious.
