    Need to make it down one day to Neely Henry, I catch spawning fish all the way to the beginning of July here off docks.

    Thanks for the info. I have heard that Neely Henry is a very good place to fish for crappie. May have to look into this while we are down at Weiss. 30 miles is not that big of a deal and would be good to try a different place. Where would you suggest to launch and general area to fish since I have never been on that lake? Thanks.

    Bill, we might take a day and go down to Neely. James is the Neely expert along with Roger A and Crappieflopper but I can show you where to put in and know a little about it. To me, it fishes a lot like Weiss plus you can keep 9 inch fish if you want.
