    Have had that happen several times with bluegill, never with a crappie. Great video.

    Greg hackney can catch bass without a hook lol. I have had them grab crappie before but never had one eat it . That pretty cool. Also have had flathead cats grab them too.

    I've had a few bass grab bluegill, including one about 5 pounds that I got in.

    I've also lost a few crappie when a small thump turned into losing line until a had a bare spool and a break off. I'm not sure what it was, but a Bluecat is a good guess. In states where it's legal, small crappie are commonly used on trotlines as bait for cats. I've never seen anyone get it on video before though, really cool.
