I par boil mine with a little baking soda in the water to tenderize them.....then i drain them ...then batter and fry like chicken
Killed some rabbits a while back and I want to fry them. I've only ever cooked them in the crock pot. My question is do I need to cook them in the pressure cooker first. Some say you need to to tenderize and some say you don't. Thought some of ya'll that love to eat wild game and fish like me may have some insight.

My grandma always cooked em in a iron skillet just like chicken .she would batter them and brown em on medium temp then she would put a lid on them and cook em real slow to get them tender!
